Preparation comes first
Paint only looks good on a sound surface. We fill and plaster cracks, remove old wallpaper and deal with damp patches before painting, so the new finish lasts.

Fresh paint is one of the quickest ways to make a tired condo ready for new tenants or for sale photos. We can combine painting with other small repairs in one visit.

Frequently asked questions
Do you paint condos while the owner is overseas?
Yes. We agree the scope and colours by WhatsApp or LINE and send progress photos while the work is done.
Can you fix a stained ceiling?
Yes, once the cause is fixed. A stain usually means a leak from above, so we find out whether it is still active before repairing and repainting the ceiling.
Do you remove wallpaper?
Yes. We remove old wallpaper, repair the wall underneath and then paint or prepare it for new wallpaper.
Is painting quoted separately?
It can be a job on its own or part of a larger renovation. The quote lists the rooms, surfaces and paint.
